..So who am I?

My name is Carsten Frederiksen. I am a 29 year old human male. I like pizza, early-access games (because following game development is awesome, and seeing it unfold over time is very satisfying), and especially have a soft spot for space games and simulators. I also like to make music, mostly I rap, and consider freestyling to be my way of connecting with myself, while doing some mental gymnastics as well! When i'm not sitting in front of my computer, either working or playing around, I like to do bushcraft, ride my bike or something else that allows me to enjoy some fresh air and good company, preferably also a nice bonfire.
I have an inquisitive mind; rarely settling for a superficial explanation, and I manage to find something interesting in just about any topic. As a result of this, my Youtube-feed (which has totally replaced TV for me, by the way) is filled to the brim with everything from science, gaming, music production, lockpicking, nature, conspiracies, programming and skating. I have social media, but unlike most who spend most their days in front of a screen, I try to limit how much I use it. For that reason, I don't use push-notifications (try it, it's awesome!). Lastly, I have a Bachelor's degree in Medialogy which perfectly encapsulates my jack-of-all trades personality, since it allowed my to try my hand at a lot of different technologies, while not really making me a master of anything in particular (yet!).

..Where am I?

I currently live in Aalborg, Denmark. I was born and raised in the area, and very much enjoy my city and the people in it. Im living with my best friend through more than 10 years, as well as with his his brother, in a two story apartment close to the city centre. Currently I am working in Bælum at Østhimmerlands Ungdomsskole, as a teacher of Game Development for some awesome young minds!
